What You Agree to When You Use ph19

Members are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is registered in their own name; third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in funds being withheld pending investigation. Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmed receipt and are subject to any applicable minimum or maximum thresholds displayed within the platform. 5. Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content on ph19 — including but not limited to the logo, interface design, game graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the property of ph19 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
